Terms of Use – The Blinglane® Edit

Effective Date: March 4, 2026

Welcome to The Blinglane® Edit program (“Program”) operated by Blinglane Inc. (“Blinglane®”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

• You must be a woman residing in Canada

• You must be 18 years of age or older

• Participation requires valid contact & social media information

• Free to join

2. Program Overview

The Blinglane® Edit is a product-based affiliate and sales program allowing participants to earn commissions through direct product sales.

Levels:

• Blingfluencer: Zero-risk online affiliate model

• Curator: Low-risk resale model with optional inventory (10% restock fees +return shipping only)

3. Enrollment & Participation

• Enrollment is free

• Participation is voluntary

• Participants may optionally purchase jewellery for personal use or resale

• Access to marketing materials, inventory, packaging and support is provided per Program guidelines

4. Earnings & Commissions

• Earnings are generated solely from direct product sales

• No recruitment-based commissions or overrides are provided

• No guarantees of income or results are made

• Inventory purchases optional
  

• Commission rates are set by Blinglane® and may change with notice

5. Independent Participant Status

• Participants operate as independent sellers/affiliates

• Participation does not create employment, partnership, or franchise

• Participants are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations to CRA

6. Brand Usage & Intellectual Property

• The Blinglane® trademark, logos, and marketing materials are owned by Blinglane Inc.

• Participants may only use approved assets for program-related activities

• Unauthorized use, misrepresentation, or modification is prohibited

• Misuse may result in account termination

7. Program Rules & Policies

• Participants must comply with program guidelines, brand protection policies, and applicable Canadian laws

• Inventory purchased under the Curator model is returnable under Program-defined rules

• Confidence Piece purchases for personal content creation are optional

• You may receive communications from Blinglane Inc. via WhatsApp, SMS, or email related to The Blinglane® Edit™ program. You may opt out at any time.

8. Termination

• Blinglane® may suspend or terminate participation for violation of Terms or Brand Protection Policies

• Participants may leave the Program at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

• Blinglane® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Participants assume all risks associated with their participation

10. Modifications

• Blinglane® may modify these Terms at any time with notice

• Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
